Vilber Lourmat is proud to announce the set-up
of a branch office in Germany
The new company called Vilber Lourmat Deutschland
will be based in Eberhardzell, Baden-Württemberg.
The
German branch office will reinforce the leading
position of Vilber Lourmat in the 50 countries in
which its products are distributed.
According to Pierre Oleggini, the Vilber's marketing
director, "our new organisation will strengthen
our service to our large end-user customer base.
It will also support our continual growth on the
German market. By being closer to our customers,
we will be in a position to introduce more innovative
solutions and to develop new products for the molecular
biology market in 2006.
Vilber Lourmat appointed Michael Kersting as director
of its new German office. Michael's experience in
the life science has included senior roles within
GATC-Biotech AG and Peqlab Biotechnologie GmbH.
His prior position as Business Development Manager
at Peqlab included responsibilities for the complete
Vilber Lourmat product range. On this appointment,
Michael said, "Vilber has achieved impressive
results on the German market. My role will be to
support and to develop our existing distributorship
to exploit the Company's enormous potential in terms
of product development. I very much look forward
to the challenge ahead".
